Parents shouldn't have to choose between dignity and generosity.
She works two jobs but Christmas feels impossible. Her children dream of toys she cannot afford. You know this story – it happens in Huntsville neighborhoods every December. Loving parents face an agonizing choice: keep the lights on or put presents under the tree.
At Second Mile, we don’t want parents to have to choose between dignity and generosity.
Santa’s Secret Shop transforms Christmas for Huntsville families through dignified giving. Parents shop for their children at our Neighborhood Thrift Store instead of standing in charity lines. We stock new toys at deeply discounted prices so working families can choose gifts, wrap presents, and provide for their children with their own hands.
When you donate to our Christmas toy drive, you sacrifice the joy of seeing a child open your gift. You give that moment to their parents instead. Your generosity happens in secret, but its impact lasts forever.
Every donation restores dignity while meeting real needs this Christmas season in Huntsville.
Your generosity happens in secret, but its impact lasts forever.
